If The Shoe Fits

...Wear It

Our little P Jo is 6 months old and we are just enjoying every minute of her.

Her newest trick is sitting up!

This is her on her 6 month birthday playing with the toys at her Grana's house.

At her 6 month appointment we learned some new information about our little girl. She is in the 50th percentile with her weight and in the 5th 0r 15th ( We cannot quite remember) with her height. But her doctor said everything looks wonderful. He gave us some helpful hints about introducing solid foods, about reading to her, and about her little constipation issues ;)

I am still working 1 night (or day) a week. And that reminds me, my license expires in January. I guess I will have to get that renewed so I do not have to take that awful test again...blah.

Our little puppy is going to have puppies. This picture does Mylee absolutely no justice. She is humongous! If am feeling for her. Her back is going to be so sore because she has about 2 more weeks to go! She is getting really "clingy." She cannot jump up onto the couch anymore. The puppies are going to be so cute, we cannot wait. The dad, Woody, is the same coloring as Mylee, so they have a good chance of being cute dapple puppies.

In other news............We are renting a house............Finally
There is still a lot of work to be done:
1. Paint - walls, cupboards, ceilings, window trim
2. New door jams - front and side door
3. New floor in one bedroom
4. New carpet in 2 bedrooms
5. New tile in the hallway and bathroom
6. New kitchen floor
7. Washer and dryer to be installed
8. The stove to be put in
9. Blinds need to be cleaned and put back up
10. Clean/Sterilize EVERYTHING
and last but not least
11. MOVE IN
But there is definitely light at the end of the tunnel, no more 5th wheel for us!
I hope there is good news for fellow bloggers out there as well. Because even though the weather is dark and windy and threatening snow ( *smile* ) we are all blessed to live in this great world with all the freedoms we are lucky enough to enjoy!
